Very decent!

Nice discovery for this rather old small hotel.
Except for a small odor problem due to our air conditioning filter, we only remember the positives:
- Clean
- Very comfortable bedding
- Very kind, welcoming, and available staff
- Great location (train station and subway)!
- Nearby dining
We recommend it and will return with pleasure.

Hotel Cactus Paris stay

Good value for money; I did NOT appreciate the fact that the staff called us a private taxi (?? they did not provide any credentials) for Orly airport ... we were forced to accept so as not to miss our flight, at an increased cost (55 euros) compared to the 36 euros stated by company taxis.
Furthermore, the taxi driver dropped us off at the airport parking lot and not at the departures entrance (evidently he could not do so).

The hotel is quite well located, there is a Franprix next door, the metro is not too far. The room is comfortable.

Well-located hotel but lacks electrical outlets in the room and is poorly insulated from the hallway.
Comfortable bedding. A bit small, however, but for a night or two it is enough.

Very good, much better than the majority of reviews

After seeing many unfavorable reviews, I was apprehensive about our reservation, but on the contrary, the room and the hotel were very pleasant. Clean room in good condition, clean towels/linens, shower gel provided. The A/C was fantastic, especially in 95-degree weather, and we were even able to go into the room 3 hours before the original arrival time.
I recommend it, especially for such a low price!

Very bad experience

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not maintained properly, and the AC was not cooling at all, making the stay very uncomfortable. The service was poor, and the staff was not helpful. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others.
