Great hostel to stay at in Paris

Bedroom facilities were great, the bar did nice food, it wasn't too far from the centre of Paris and the price was reasonable for the city it's in. Very clean hostel. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

A 5-day slander

Excellent stay of traces of semen all over the curtains of holes among the walls I thought I lived in a wrap a big hole in the mattress a guy must have performed questionable acts with this mattress. A cleaning of the rooms done in 2006. Only one of the two windows open moldy walls traces everywhere of the holes in the toilet does not work a shower with joints filled with tiles and mud. And dirt lying around the apartment. Cleaning of mattresses without fault. With half the high schools on the way in and dust in it. Tissues filled with male seeds present in beds and mattresses.

Not recommended

The food was bad and every day we ate dry, hard pasta. We were a very large group and all rooms were poorly maintained, curtains broken and dirty, windows without handle, zero cleaning, bathrooms with wet floor...

We are very sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we must respectfully clarify that the situation described does not fully reflect the conditions in which the room was maintained.
During your stay, our team had to intervene multiple times due to non-compliance with house rules, including excessive noise, overcrowding of the room beyond its intended capacity, and the presence of alcohol in the rooms, which is not permitted. These situations can unfortunately lead to discomfort and impact the condition of the facilities.
That said, cleanliness and maintenance are priorities for us, and we take all comments seriously. We will continue to work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure standards are consistently met.
We regret that your experience was not a positive one and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Great hostel

Good hostel for the price. Rooms are clean and tidy, but mattresses and pillows could be a bit comfier. Good atmosphere in the common areas. Breakfast could have been better. Very, very friendly staff that are happy to help and people in the hostel are friendly. Would recommend :)

Stay in Paris at the Generator

I highly recommend this hotel for a quality stay in Paris. Very well located, very good reception, clean and pleasant.
The rooftop is incredible. The view is magnificent and the cocktails are delicious.
We will gladly return on each of our visits to Paris.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour au Generator Paris, notamment notre emplacement, l’accueil de l’équipe et l’ambiance de l’établissement.
Le rooftop est en effet l’un des endroits préférés de nos voyageurs, et nous sommes heureux que vous ayez pu profiter de la vue ainsi que des cocktails
