Nice and Comfortable Hotel in a Great Neighborhood

A nice and comfortable hotel for the price you pay located in a great neighborhood, within walking distance of the Palais Garnier opera house in Paris. Room cleaning is available every day, and we were very lucky to get a room on the 5th floor facing the street.
Highly recommended.

To flee

Hotel absolutely to flee, only the location is perfect. Very unpleasant reception staff, no smile except the adorable gentleman, other hateful women.
Very dirty room, the housekeeper cleans only what can be seen. The shower was leaking a lot. The infamous breakfast. In short, he did not set foot there.

Very convenient, clean, economical and pleasant hotel and closely located adjacent to St. Lazare trail station.
Staff was very friendly and helpful with our two couples traveling to Paris.
We stayed one night in from Basel, Sw then off to a Bayeux (Normandy) overnight then back to Paris for a second night at Exe Centre. Staff kept our luggage and had rooms ready upon our return.
Choosing Exe Centre was a great choice in Paris!

The accommodations were small but efficient and very clean!
The desk staff went out of their way to assist us and help with directions and information. We stayed one night, stored our luggage and took a train to Bayleau (Normandy) overnight then back to Exe for another night then home.

Palace or First Class?

The Hotel ... A lobby more like 4 stars than 3, with receptionists who are quite lovely, courteous, smiling, accommodating, and almost stressed about not being able to satisfy you even for minimal requests; up to that point, it was perfect... We head down the hall, towards the first floor, and there’s the drama: narrow, but it was a sketch; if you exit your room at the same time as one of your neighbors, it’s an accident waiting to happen. The room is nice, 3 stars, no more, no less, comfortable bedding, decor quite nice for a 3-star, shall we move on to the shower? Well, it’s not complicated; it overflowed almost into the hotel hallway, the seal on the shower door is catastrophic. I think it has been there since before the hotel was built
Otherwise, for the rest, it’s 3 stars after €150 a night, maximum €170. When I see the prices displayed at over €250, it’s a joke. Another downside is the soundproofing, which is just non-existent, and the view of the communal staircase of the building across, which is 4 meters away
