Good location but small rooms and noisy from the road

The location is good, near two Metro stations and it's really easy to arrive there.
The reception is very small usually occupied by 1 employee but they're really nice and welcoming. They even have free water and snacks at the small lobby of the hotel.
The rooms are really small, WiFi is good and stable but water pressure at the shower is really poor.
They also give a complimentary water in the room which is nice.
Also the sleep quality is not so good as you can hear the sirens and cars from the streets all night long but bed comfy is nice.
Overall it's nice hotel but a bit expensive for the value in return.

Fabulous customer care

We had a great stay here and it was made even better by the welcoming and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the staff member’s name in reception but I want to share how amazing he was when our train to the UK was cancelled. He rung Eurostar, looked for flights and offered to help us find accommodation if we needed it (Arioso was fully booked).
We really appreciated his kindness and care.
Just in case he reads this - we made it home the same day! Thank you again.

Not sure 4 stars but a solid 3+. Very small room but with a nice balcony.

Hidden Gem in Paris

Found this through reviews on here and booked a 2 night stay. Fantastic hidden gem, good location, great room. Staff were very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants.
