Title: Two stays, two successes

We came twice for two days, and we will surely come back a third time.
The welcome is nice and warm upon arrival. Sandrine, the host, knows how to welcome guests: available, smiling, and full of good advice about the region without ever being intrusive.
The rooms are decorated with great taste, each with its own personality. We chose the POP room, a perfectly embraced vintage spirit, with a very well-designed bathroom. You can feel a real effort in the decoration, far from standardized hotel rooms.
The breakfasts are a real strong point: local products, excellent pastries. A great way to start the day.
Montbron is a pretty village, pleasant to discover and well-located for exploring the Charente region.
An address that we recommend without hesitation.

The Chamber of Curiosities: a real favorite

An atypical hotel full of charm, with a neat and original decoration. This is far from the uniformity of Accor hotels. Special mention for the Chamber of Curiosities where I spent an excellent night. I highly recommend!

We were on a cycle tour and we left our bikes locked up safely in the entrance way. Our room was very comfortable, we stayed in the Curiosities room. The hotel is in a characterful building and is thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail. It was a shared bathroom, which we actually had to ourselves, again nicely decorated and clean. A pleasant nights sleep, and handily placed for all the amenities, cafe, restaurants. We had the breakfast in the salon on the ground floor which was also very nice. The hosts greeted us and took us to our room and were on hand if needed.
Would thoroughly recommend.

very friendly welcome. Nice room. Excellent breakfast. I recommend this property

Nice hotel, very good bedding, very well located in the center of the village. We asked for breakfast at 6am and everything was close even croissants.
We were also very knowledgeable about things to do in the area.
Very nice little town despite the rain.

Il faudrait préciser que les wc et sdb sont en commun avec les autres chambres et situés sur le palier.
