Perfect.

Very welcome with impeccable service. Nice decoration.
Delicious dishes from starter to dessert with perfect combinations and a magnificent presentation on each plate.
Not to mention the little surprises.

Very bad experience.

Very unpleasant boss. Excessively expensive menu and not at all up to one star. I don't understand how they can have one star!!!!. Cold dining room with tasteless decoration. I will never set foot there again. To flee....

detour after a getaway to Montbéliard

Superb establishment which is worth the detour. We were very well received on a Sunday lunchtime. The restaurant is very pleasant with professional service. the different choices offered allow everyone to discover flavors with the right compositions. The scallops and Lake Geneva perch fillets are excellent. We really appreciated the intermediate attention for an interesting quality ratio. I highly recommend this establishment. The star is well deserved.

Damage

It's good, that's all. With a Michelin star I expected a wow effect!. None of that . A cold place without charm with a lot of vis-à-vis the other tables which does not invite relaxation or pleasure. Professional service, cuisine that is neither country nor inventive is good but no surprise. On the other hand, an excellent wine list and a very successful wine pairing for our menu. The breakfast is also not up to par like the impersonal style of the rooms. It’s a shame because there is surely potential that is not being realized.
