In the standards of Ibis

Clean and well-decorated hotel
The welcome from Lucas was delightful, and the departure was very pleasant with the receptionist,
but there is a downside. Do not return at 4:30 in the morning because you cannot call anyone; you hear the phone ringing through the door, and there is no one to answer for 2, 3, 4, 5/10/15 20 minutes. Well, we managed to open the doors; we do not know how, but we were able to sleep in a very comfortable bed.

Disappointing

Very unpleasant welcome unbearable staff come 4 times to the door of the room in 30minute to lower the sound of the television which was at 11
For the room rate this is unacceptable
Night reception with racist behaviour
But Nothing To Say About Day Welcoming
Plus for 100€ per night the shower water should at least be hot and the air conditioning should be functional
Menage desired dusty room finger trace on mirrors and glass, dirty toilet on arrival
Suspicious trace on sheets and mattresses
Mould on the ceiling above the air conditioning
THIS IS CLEARLY UNNACEPTABLE!!!!!
Hotel not recommended and overnight stay to change.

to avoid

I am disappointed with all the services, convenient location to visit the city on foot but jamming at night what prevents sleep, room too small, I asked for a room overlooking the courtyard it was not taken into account. Price quality ratio I find it too expensive, bed not very comfortable, disposable plastic hangers hung up, toilet bowl broken reported but nothing has changed. lack of towels, incompetent staff, I gave an overbooked ticket by mistake by paying my bill. it was not reported and it is at my request that the lady at the reception checks and returns my ticket! the cook walks around with an inappropriate outfit to serve breakfast, restock food with bulk trays ... no cap no gloves no apron... no carts to store empty trays. customers leave their trays but it stays untidy for a while...

Well placed but deco and brightness bof

Hotel at the head of the procession (a little too much perhaps) of the interceltic parade take the lead by settling a little further and squat in a square in the morning.

Horrible bedding

During a visit to Lorient a while ago, we took a night in this hotel. The bedding is abominable, impossible to sleep in. The sound insulation of the room and the whole hotel is of the same level.
