New hotel, all comforts on the vacation route

We stayed 2 nights in this new hotel.
The reception and staff are very attentive. (we had an issue with our room, it was resolved very quickly)
The living spaces and the pool are very pleasant. The breakfast is varied and very complete: I recommend it
There is also a restaurant: very good.
Kid-friendly hotel.
If you are looking for a very quiet hotel, there is a downside: the road right next to it, we couldn't sleep with the windows open.

First of all, staff were so amazing! Very polite and helpful and nothing was too much of an issue to them! Property was very well maintained and spotless! Food was amazing and plenty of options for seating. Pool looked lovely, as well as lots of variety in activities however unfortunately I was unable to make the most of it during my short stay. Room was very well sized and bed was very comfortable. Shower was well sized and got to temperature quickly. Plenty of natural light in the room and very effective shutters for sleeping. I would thoroughly recommend the property and would definitely book here again if I was in the area!

GHOST HOTEL, AVOID.

IT IS A GHOST HOTEL. We were promised an inn-like atmosphere, but we arrived at a hotel that doesn't even have a sign indicating the entrance.
Without a welcome and with a closed door (pick up your key from a key box). Fortunately, other guests as shocked and disappointed as we were helped us.
THE COMMENTS ON BOOKING ARE FALSE.
You must read your emails if you want to enter... A POSSIBLY INCOMPETENT DIRECTOR. Driving is difficult!
However, the most shocking remains the attitude of the management. In the face of the reported problems, there is no assumption of responsibility, a blatant lack of professionalism. She answers us on the phone saying she cannot do anything because she is located in Savoie, and her excuse is that she cannot find staff.
The pool is covered, no reception, no restaurant, no bar, in short, A SHAME!!!! Only one Colombian employee the next morning (probably a student) for breakfast who confirmed to us that this situation was usual. RUN AWAY.
