All the superlatives stunning, Beautiful, etc,etc,

La Perle d'Eze is located within an easy 5min walk to Eze Village, shops and restaurants, easy drive to Nice, Monaco, Menton, all short distance drives appox 20mins,
La Perle d'Eze apartment had a great view of Mediterranean sea the Village of Eze, Apartment was clean well appointed and had all the necessary cooking utensils for eating and cooking for a short stay, my wife and I stayed for 5 nights,
Beds were comfortable, the apartment is big enough for 4 people, the extra bedroom would be a bonus for extra guests, and yes our furry family Higgins was welcomed as well, Please Note La Perle d'Eze only allow pets upto 10kg's,but are lenient,
La Perle d'Eze well positioned to be used as a base if you want to travel to one of the fore metioned places, Eze Village has absolutely stunning views, Mediterranean views from the Village are spectacular and the Village it self is steeped in history and the quaint little shops make it a worth while visit,
Restaurants around the Eze Village are well priced and food is very good our choice was L'Antre Potes variety was excellent,
there is a little supermarket within a 3 min walk from La Perle d'Eze wich had everything we needed for a short stay,

Continently located on main road with short walk to old town and hotel offered great off street parking. Nice large, clean room with small kitchen. Very nice staff and easy check in and check out.

Unfortunately didn't live up to expectations, and we're not fussy people.. there weren't enough plates for all of us, the fridge worked intermittently, the tv did not work (flat batteries in controller). Sortable issues but unable to sort them as no-one at reception desk in the evening and the two contact numbers were never answered and the email address bounced back... We were only there for 2 nights so we just put up with it as we were busy during the days..
Positives... pool was nice, car park good, central, Eze nice..
Apartment did not reflect price...

It could be done better!!

Partially negative experience; we requested a room with a garden for our dog, specifically asking about the possibility of letting him run around. When we arrived, we were in for a surprise: a garden open to the public with all the residents, and even a ban on dogs!! We, like other families, found ourselves having to keep our dogs tied up or locked in the room. Something we did not want!! Unfortunately, the room, in addition to all this, was too cramped, poorly laid out, and with a damp, windowless bathroom!! I don't think I will return
