Hotel not compliant.
- I was very cold at night. When I arrived in the room, the air conditioning was on, in heating mode. I therefore believed that the heating was working. In fact, the reception later informed me that the heating was completely turned off in the rooms (but apparently not at the reception). I understand the search for savings, but it is absolutely necessary to inform the clients. And above all, the description includes air conditioning. The reality is therefore not in accordance with the description.
- I had seen the coffee machine several times in the small lounge area behind the reception. I was planning to make myself a coffee before leaving, but everything had disappeared. It might be useful to inform the clients of the availability hours.
- In the description of the "superior room with a double bed," photo number 5 shows a lounge area, with a sofa, a small table, and a chair. I had booked a superior room, but there was no lounge area. Either there was an error in the assignment of my room, or elements that are not present in all rooms of the category should not be highlighted, so that the description is not intentionally misleading.

Old, dirty and poorly soundproofed room
Far below expectations mercury ... not even level 3 stars but mercury rates on the other hand

Grubby
The only redeemable feature of the hotel are the staff, who are very friendly & the food in the restaurant was nice.
The hotel is very, very tired and clearly needs updating, when you walk into reception the walls & skirting boards are missing paint, the lift area is the same, all of the communal areas look grubby.
We had been driving for 8 hours so just wanted to go to sleep, we should really have left but we were so tired we decided to get our heads down and stay.
The bedroom was awful. the carpets were dirty & when I moved the sheets to get into bed there were black hairs! I took a towel from the bathroom to lay on & sprayed the room with fly spray as there were flies everywhere. The room smelled musty and the walls & skirting boards were again missing paint and marked everywhere. The bathroom window was gross, needs ripping out! There was a large gap under the sink area & plumbing is visible & toilet flush was broken on one button.
We couldn’t wait to leave.
