The pleasure of the welcome

Found at the last minute, this bed and breakfast turned out to be a very, very nice fallback option: super warm and efficient welcome, a conversation rich in local historical information, air-conditioned house, furnished and decorated with great retro-style taste, cozy room (the pastel blue of the wallpaper is incredibly soothing), beautiful and functional down to the smallest details, a small pool that was welcome for cooling off, and, last but not least, a king's breakfast!

A break full of charm and authenticity

If you appreciate places where every object/detail tells a story, a real family home, then run to La Croix Blanche in Dax! The free wi-fi works very well. Fortunately, there is no TV screen that would affect the decor, which is unique to each room. The bed is comfortable, the pillows and duck feather duvets, a real treat. The coffee table offers not only coffee, but also tea and herbal tea. The shower products from a small local producer smell wonderful. The breakfast, in a friendly atmosphere, is delicious and hearty . It is a pleasure sit around the big table and learn about the history of Dax and the region. Homemade yogurts and compotes are a bonus not to be missed. It is a place full of charm where you feel good and where you have only one desire, it’s to return!

Fortunately there is no TV screen that would detach the decoration that is specific to each room. The bed is comfortable, the pillows and duvets of duck feathers, a real happiness. The dessert offering coffee, tea, herbal tea makes you want to try everything. Shower products from a small local producer smell wonderful. Breakfast is delicious and hearty, and friendly. It's great to chat around the big table and learn about the history of Dax and the area. Homemade yogurt and compotes are a bonus not to be missed. It is a charming place where you feel good and where you only want to go back!

Cozy atmosphere and comfortable room

We were very well received at Karine and Christian. From our arrival Karine helped us to make the best use of the parking kiosk.
Despite a technical incident, they were entirely attentive to us, and we found an arrangement.
The Queen bed was very comfortable.
We will gladly return during a future stay in the area.

Owner was very helpful. Breakfast good. Room small and very fussy. No air conditioning so very uncomfortable sleeping in the high temperatures. Very handy for Dax centre
