A successful stay at the Hostellerie Kouros.

I had to go pick someone up in Hyères, so I spent the night at this inn in room 12. First, I was greeted at the front desk by Mr. Kouros, whom I would later find behind the stove in the evening. He is a very friendly person with whom you can have a super interesting conversation. Clearly, he is someone who loves his job and does everything to satisfy his customers. In terms of service, it was perfect. A room with a magnificent view, air-conditioned, excellent bedding, and a very beautiful, very spacious, and functional bathroom. As for the food, my wife and I chose a chicken fricassee with Kalamata olives, candied ginger, and zucchini tagliatelle, which was delicious, and for dessert, a strawberry and candied rhubarb pavlova that looked amazing.
In short, a stay at a hotel like the ones we love to find.
Thank you, Mr. Kouros, we will be back.

Dishonest way of doing things

Rooms available at 5pm via booking
I phone the hotel to confirm availability, the gentleman refuses to align himself with the booking rate and tells me to book either on booking (5€ cheaper) or directly with him without making me a discount.
17h05 when I return to book on booking, he blocked the 3 cheapest rooms at 85€
Only rooms are left at 110€
Dishonest method on his part
He lost 2 room guests + 2 meals + 2 breakfasts

Perfect and enchanting stay!

Booked live without going through the sites! Excessively well maintained establishment, bedding at the top, we had a very well appointed studio for three nights with breakfast on buffet very well provided.
For the dinner table, top service with the details of the dishes, all cooked by the Boss and fresh products, as for the hospitality great kindness and friendliness. We will return with great pleasure

Very nice hotel

We stayed one night in that hotel, we had requested two very quiet rooms, and we could not have chosen better. Total tranquility, very good breakfast. We were very tired, we needed a good night to recover, and we had it. Ma mère et moi vous remercions encore pour l'accueil que vous nous avez fait.

Beautiful place, I recommend

A very beautiful, spacious room with a pretty balcony in a pleasant green area to have lunch
Hearty lunch, very kind and pleasant staff
We came on August 11 and September 2
We will come back when we are in this beautiful region
