2 but not 3
The first time, everything went well. The owner even told us to go directly through him next time to pay less than on Booking. Which we did... only to end up paying the same price.
The room was clean, but without air conditioning (only a fan). Big problem with the shower: the water overflows to the sink, making the bathroom quickly unusable. One towel per person, nothing for the hair, and a nearly empty tissue box (only one tissue). Additionally, the floor under the bed was soaked.
The breakfast was very unpleasant: the owner shares his personal problems with the guests (very inappropriate stories about other guests), and we even heard him on the phone with the police due to threats. This is not professional or reassuring at all.
We wanted to provide constructive feedback. His wife, very kind, actually encouraged us to talk about it. But as soon as we mentioned the issues (especially the shower), the owner became defensive, making inappropriate remarks. His son was no more open, finding excuses for everything.
The owner even went so far as to say, in an aggressive tone: "What do you want, the free room?" A completely unacceptable reaction towards clients who were simply making remarks to improve things.
He also told us to look at his Booking reviews, but given his behavior, he asks clients to leave a good review. Clients were just disappointed before and had given a 7. He went to see them during their departure.
Very disappointed by the welcome and the lack of professionalism.
Sir has become too overconfident. It's a shame because it could have been a good place. Result: an establishment that is losing clients.
