Quiet, relaxing authentic
We have been coming to Pastourelles for 4 years, and it is always a real pleasure. The accommodation is clean, the location is ideal and quiet. Welcoming is at the top, we feel good right away. So relaxing, we can’t wait to come back to it every time!
It is a family spirit as we love it. This year, a hearty breakfast is offered: a little extra not insignificant!
Very good value for money, especially considering the location.
We particularly enjoy coming with our bikes for beautiful rides.
Thanks to the teams! Continue to modernize the place while keeping the charm of the authentic.
Looking forward to seeing you next year... or maybe for a weekend in September!

Un grand merci pour cette superbe note et votre retour. C'est avec plaisir que notre équipe accompagne chaque vacancier du début à la fin de son séjour.
Notre localisation est en effet idéale, un écrin de verdure en plein cœur de Capbreton avec la plage et les commerces à seulement 800m. Tout est accessible à pied, pour des vacances pratiques et reposantes.
Au plaisir de vous retrouver très bientôt pour un nouveau séjour.

No, but honestly…
Hello, I came in June to surprise my mom. I work in addition to my studies, and this is the only investment I could afford.
Honestly, I never leave reviews, but this time it was necessary for the well-being of humanity.
I paid €146 for 2 nights for 2 people. Upon arrival at this accommodation, the cleaning had not been done; it was dirty and unwalkable barefoot. A foul odor was present.
Moreover, given the heatwave, no air conditioning had been installed. The next morning, a fan was provided to us. We had to disassemble it and wash it ourselves.
As for the pool. It is indeed 1.5 meters deep but does not allow more than 8 people maximum (the number of lounge chairs). No restrooms nearby.
As for the garden… what can I say… I am still looking for it.

Concernant la propreté de l'appartement à votre arrivée, nous prenons votre remarque très au sérieux. Si un manquement a effectivement eu lieu, nous en sommes désolés et nous en ferons part à notre équipe afin que cela ne se reproduise pas.
Au sujet de la climatisation, nous comprenons que les fortes chaleurs aient rendu votre séjour moins confortable. Cependant, nos appartements ne sont pas équipés de climatisation, et cette information est clairement indiquée dans le descriptif de nos hébergements. Afin d'apporter une solution, un ventilateur vous a été fourni. Celui-ci n'était pas sale : la peinture de sa grille est simplement écaillée avec le temps, ce qui peut malheureusement donner cette impression.
Concernant la piscine, elle est dimensionnée en cohérence avec la capacité de notre résidence et peut accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes. Le nombre de transats ne correspond pas au nombre maximal de baigneurs. Par ailleurs, la plage se situe à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la résidence.
Enfin, à propos du jardin, les températures exceptionnellement élevées de ces dernières semaines ont malheureusement brûlé une partie de la pelouse, malgré nos efforts d'entretien.
Nous regrettons que ces différents éléments aient altéré votre expérience. Vos remarques nous permettent de continuer à améliorer la qualité de notre accueil, et nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de les partager.
Nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation et espérons vous accueillir à nouveau afin de rendre votre prochaine expérience de voyage plus agréable.

Well, after having had a great time on the spot, after having experienced a rental adapted for the handicap by two people who gave their time and energy for inclusion before being evicted by the new management, it is impossible to book the adapted room now and why? Requisition by the current director for personal use. Properly sickening.

One of the best stays
of the work of the incredible people (S, R and their families) who brought to this place their know-how, as well as their generosity and good humor. When you put your heart at the service of others like them, others no longer feel like ordinary customers or passengers, but like friends who find a place to which they attach themselves. You'd need directors like them everywhere, it's life-changing. Thanks to them and the team!
Our last stay was memorable. We had the pleasure of spending a stay in a house adapted to accommodate disabled people, a real happiness, the fruit of the work of the incredible people (S, R and their families) who brought to this place their know-how, as well as their generosity and good humor. When you put your heart at the service of others like them, others no longer feel like ordinary customers or passengers, but like friends who find a place to which they attach themselves. You'd need directors like them everywhere, it's life-changing. Thanks to them and the team!
