Great views

Perfect hotel with great rooms, a fresh and delicious breakfast, and excellent service from the staff. The view of the fireworks from the upper floors is absolutely spectacular.

6 star hotel stay!

I wish I could make my rating 6 stars. This was probably the best hotel stay I’ve ever had, with top notch hospitality. My boyfriend and I spent one night for my birthday, and the entire staff pulled out all the stops to make sure it was the best day. Huge shout out to Jules and Tom from Mr Nakamoto - they absolutely made our night.
The location of this hotel is perfect - right on the water with the beach club. Hotel is absolutely spotless with luxury amenities. Everything down to the soaps selected in the bathrooms had so much attention to detail. Our room was gorgeous, complete with the gorgeous views from our patio.
The entire staff were so kind and thoughtful, and treated us so well from arrival to departure, it truly made our stay feel so special. We cannot wait to return!

Summer 2026

We had a great stay. The hotel rooms are clean and roomy. The breakfast is great and the staff at breakfast are just amazing! Down side was one of the concierge team members was rude but the manager is fantastic. You will pay for the beach club, it being part of your hotel means nothing. Would be great if they could get a pool as they have the grounds to do so.

Disappointed.

We're vacationing with our mom at this hotel right now. I genuinely don't understand why the hotel presents itself as a five-star. And I don't know why they charge that kind of rent. The staff are not interested in guests at all. When we checked in, we weren't even met at the entrance or helped with our suitcases. You ask basic questions at the reception/concierge, you ask to tell us what is in the hotel, what floors - the answer is only a dry "write the mail, we will send all the information." And then you realize there's nothing to tell. The hotel has NOTHING of the usual amenities of five-star hotels in resorts. The hotel doesn't even have a basic swimming pool and spa area. The premium tourist resort does not even have a private beach with sea access. It's nonsense. So the place they're sending to, total pay. For a sunbed from 65 euros. Breakfast is mediocre. There is little choice. The a la carte menu is just eggs. There's only one restaurant in the hotel. Anyway, this hotel is my disappointment of the year. I give you a grade of 2 solely for location and window view. But I'd love to sacrifice that and trade it for the familiar comforts of five-star resort hotels.

We are sorry to learn that no bell attendant was present to welcome you upon your arrival. Providing a warm and attentive arrival experience at the Concierge desk is very important to us, and we regret that we fell short on this occasion. Regarding your comments about the swimming pool and spa, we understand your disappointment. We would like to clarify that our hotel does not offer these facilities on site. We strive to ensure that all information displayed on booking platforms is accurate and up to date.
Concerning Hyde Beach, our private beach located directly opposite the hotel, we would like to clarify that, as is customary for all private beaches along the Croisette, it welcomes both hotel guests and external visitors. Sunbeds and mattresses are available at an additional charge and bookable through our Concierge team, in line with the operating policy of the beach and the practices followed by the other private beach establishments in Cannes.
We are also sorry to read that our breakfast did not fully meet your expectations. Our breakfast buffet is designed to offer a wide variety of fresh, high-quality products, complemented by our a la carte egg bar, where guests can enjoy eggs prepared to their preference. We are proud of this offering and regret that it did not provide the experience you were hoping for.

Outstanding service!

Hotel was of course great, nice lcoation, nice tucked in from main street, lovely pop up bar and ambience from restaurant / outdoor area. But the best was the amazing service and concierge team who made almost everything possible with short notice and was super welcoming and friendly!! Would go back just for the staff.
