We’ve been regulars at this hotel for the last decade. Staff are always friendly and helpful and rooms are comfortable,
Hotel does have a slightly dated feel about it.
Free parking outside and opposite the hotel.

Expensive and down at heel

On a positive note it was easy to park and the parking was free. Breakfast was very good. On a less postitve note the room was very small and smelt strongly of cigarettes which we found disgusting. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work and the toilet seat was not attached properly. The was a gouge in the bathroom wall. Wallpaper was peeling and the decor was very dated. The train station is virtually next door and it felt like the eurotunnel was directly underneath as there was a lot of vibration. This and the sound of trains throughout the night disturbed our sleep. Disappointing for 104 euros.

Lost my reservation and sent me away into a storm

Losing a reservation is forgivable. But sending a guest away into a storm with no protocol in place to find them a room at another hotel is inexcusable.

Abandoned hotel, staff who couldn't care less about the guests!

Expensive and mediocre hotel but above all incompetent staff who couldn't care less about the guests! The manager even told me she was going to resign, her boss lives in Dieppe and has abandoned the hotel! A real bad TV series.
Plus, the coffee machine has been broken for 3 days. Breakfast is 14 euros. A bit of lukewarm water and instant coffee. And that's supposed to be okay!! In short, stay away!!!

Parking on the street immediately outside including a bus station car park.
Room was small but clean. Bathroom was a joke. No shower just a shampette, and no shower curtain. WC faced a wall and you had to sit at an angle as you couldn’t get your legs in the gap!
Faced the train station but no noise issues. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. 2 minutes to Hotel d’ville.
