Shameful and unacceptable!
Valid and guaranteed reservation. A manager sent me an official payment link, I paid immediately, then the night receptionist decided alone to REFUSE the payment and DENY access to the room to YOUNG MARRIED COUPLES who came to spend their wedding night.
The most scandalous part? The reservation was not even canceled when they arrived at the hotel. They were first put out, then the cancellation was sent by email AFTERWARDS.
Leaving young married couples without accommodation in the middle of the night due to an arbitrary decision is absolutely unacceptable.
No humanity. No professionalism. A shame for the Accor group.

cute, good if you want to save money but risky area
some flaws that I have to do: first of all the location is not the best in the evening, good if you want to save money but in the evening I advise against taking the metro, there are no good people and you risk a lot. during the day it is great, despite the distance from the center it is very easy to reach Paris in a short time but in the evening you can only return by taxi or uber if you want to avoid bad experiences so if you think of going there as young boys or with the family DO NOT take it in the evening and be careful even during the day. second flaw is that by mistake you stained the sheet and rather than changing it they simply turned it, the toilet drain did not drain and we had to use bottles of water the air conditioning did not work and the table was a little dirty on the first day. otherwise nothing to say , cozy and nice hotel for a short stay

We are , however, sorry that the some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations.Regarding the technical isssues, we apologize for the inconvenance, if these issues been reported toour reception during your stay, available 24h/7, we would have done everything possible to resolve them prompltly or offer you an appropriate solution.
As for the hotel surroundings, we are located close to public transports ( metro, bus , tramway), like in any major city, we cannot confirm such an alarming description of the area, and many our guests stay with every day without any safety issues.
We hope to the have the oppurtunity to welcome you back and provide you with a much better experience.
