Excellent hotel.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff is very welcoming, smiling, and always attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The common areas are pleasant, and the atmosphere is warm. The fact that there is a pool also really pleased us.
The breakfast was varied and of high quality. We appreciated the professionalism of the entire team as well as the attention given to the guests. We recommend this hotel without hesitation and we will gladly return during our next stay.

Bad stay! Not recommended!!!!

The hotel does not make the guest's life any easier. Employees are not helpful. The heat in both the rooms and the lobby was unbearable. And they said that in winter they put only 19 degrees Celsius and in summer only 26. They say they’re kids friendly but they’re not kids friendly: they make toys available and forbid children to play. They were extremely rude taking the ball from a 2-year-old child because she was with her brother playing in the place that they themselves made available a goal and 2 balls. They will complain because two young children were eating pizza at the restaurant with the family who had ordered many dishes from the house. They said they had kids menu but at the time of ordering there was nothing for them to eat. Missed everything. Cleaning leaves much to be desired. The employees, too. Horrible stay. I do not recommend it in any way. We won't come back!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, particularly one girl, perhaps the manager of the restaurant-bar, rude to the point of being indecent.

Bad experience

My experience at this hotel was really bad in every respect. Since our arrival we noticed little attention to cleanliness: the rooms were dirty, with obvious dust and poorly maintained bathrooms. A situation that is decidedly unacceptable for a structure that should guarantee a minimum of hygiene.
The food was one of the worst aspects of the stay: very low quality, unpleasant flavors and little variety. Every meal was a disappointment. Breakfast was also a total disaster: cutlery, dishes and even the food itself were often missing, as if it had not been organized in the slightest.
To make matters even worse, the staff were rude and unhelpful. They responded to our requests with rudeness or total indifference. In addition, in the room we did not even have towels and we had to ask for them several times before getting them.
Overall, an extremely negative experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

Okay, not great

Stayed here for one night as part of a tour. it's located about 30 minutes out of the main part of Avingnon. The hotel is nice, the room is nice, the bathroom is a bit small but alright. It has a nice pool. Breakfast fast is pretty small, but the one thing I can not forgive is that the croissants were stale!!!
