Truly, truly outstanding 11 out of 10

The absolute and unquestionably best place we have ever stayed in France..
Beautiful room, bed, linen, bathroom, grounds, breakfast and outstanding hosts.
I do not want to sound like someone who has been paid to review or someone that doesn’t visit many places or thinks everywhere is great - however, this is exceptional in every way!!!!
Our dog not only stayed free of charge but was considered as valued a guest as we were. There was no attempt to do anything more than provide superb accommodation and food with passion and excitement and our expectations were truly surpassed in every single way. Cannot wait to return,

Comfortable large room

Good directions received by email to get there with or without gps. Comfortable large room in a quiet rural area not far from Chinon. Car needed. Recently furnished with king size bed and large walk in shower. They do not serve dinner but give you some delicious goat cheese, warm bread and wine. Small table set for two, plus kettle and tea/cofee, 2 armchairs. Parking just outside. Nice looking pool for the summer season and grounds. Yannick the owner took our preferences for breakfast, the fresh bread and croissants were delicious, as well as the home made jams and the orange juice. Typical French breakfast so no meat or hard cheese, or eggs (which was perfectly fine for us)

Excellent romantic country side place in the Chinon region.

Romantic position out in the beautiful countryside. We had a double room with a very good king size bed. Large bath room with walk-in shower. Modern equipment. Absolutely quiet. Could sleep with open window. WiFi good. Secure parking at the domain. The centre of Chinon with many bistros and shops is 8 km away, but easy to reach by car within 10 minutes. Pool with water at 26° during our stay. Very good breakfast. Yannick is a very nice host with a good knowledge of English. Quality price relation unbeatable.

Soirée étape détente et gourmande

Arrivés à vélo après une longue route, nous avons été accueillis comme des rois ! Toute la famille est absolument formidable, au petits soins pour les invités ! Nous avons passé une soirée et une nuit formidables ! La piscine est incroyable et la chambre spacieuse, très propre (les draps et le linge de bain sentait très très bon), le lit très confortable ! Le petit déjeuner très bon également grâce aux confitures maison, les viennoiseries fraîches et la sympathie des hôtes ! Un grand merci pour ce moment de détente pour la fin de notre périple à vélo, nous recommanderons et n’hésiterons pas à séjourner à nouveau dans cette maison d’hôtes.

Super sejour

Nous avons réservé une nuit via une wonderbox. Très bonne surprise à la découverte de cette magnifique demeure. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. La chambre est très spacieuse et très propre. Nous avons eu droit à un panier repas pour le dîner. Il était très copieux et était composé de différentes charcuteries, fromages et d'une excellente bouteille de chinon d'un producteur local. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps. Une excellent adresse à recommander.
