Great hotel

A great hotel for a quiet holiday. Beautifully located with free parking. Very clean everywhere. Nice service. Large rooms, maybe not the newest, but the cleanliness compensates for it. Well equipped. Bathrobes, slippers, cosmetics, the mini bar is full, there is even a scale which will definitely come in handy because the food is delicious, there is nothing missing and eating in the restaurant is pure pleasure, beautiful arrangement and views. The pool area is great. Outside there is a jacuzzi, deckchairs, a perfect place to relax. The hotel is worth recommending, we will definitely come back

Good hotel

Good hotel, great view of the mountains from the window, peace and quiet.
Good food, clean.
The decor is a bit archaic.
There's no point in going there without a car, it's far from everywhere.
An area for retirees, only sanatoriums and health resorts.
Young people are unlikely to like it.

It is worth staying in Belweder hotel when you visit Ustroń !

Very nice hotel with a very polite staff. Located on the hill in the forest with a great panorama view. Big breakfast and dinner buffets. Zoo-park - attraction for the whole family situated just nearby.

Nice hotel

We have booked this hotel for 1 week to spend here our holiday with my wife and daughter and we were very satisfied here. Very good meal, nice place with lot of posibilities for children every day - whirpool, sauna, pool, billiards, making of pizza, barbecue, playgrounds (inside, outside). I can recommend it here.

Weekend

Overall stay ok, but we rate the hotel itself at 3 *
On the plus side:
- location at the very top, but access is cumbersome, because there is a park in front of the hotel for visitors and you have to be careful because it is narrow and a lot of people,
- cleanliness at the highest level,
- very good food and a large selection,
- nice and helpful staff.
As for the minuses:
- we did not receive a room with one large bed, only 2 singles joined together, and we informed about the request before arrival and we did not receive information either at the reception or by e-mail that they no longer have available rooms, but we found out when we had already checked in
- when it comes to the room itself, the view is poor, because from the side of the entrance and at night you could hear someone coming or how the service was doing something at the garages
- in the bathroom, the water in the shower is difficult to set when it comes to temperature and very low pressure
- when it comes to the pool area, it is the biggest drawback, because the water in the pool is cold, most of the options such as rain shower etc. do not work, the jacuzzi works only in the afternoon because it heats up for a long time, in the cloakroom to put things in the lockers, you have to get another card because the room does not work
