Very good and friendly service, especially well suited for families with children
We (me and my lovely wife) always believed that there are too many interesting places on this planet to see during our short lifetime to visit one location more than once. Knowing that should give you good overall view how we feel about this particular hotel considering that we still decided to spend our family vacation here second time in a row. It perfectly located - in a relatively small (by popular seaside standard) seashore fishing village, still not in its centre, but little to the side to avoid the biggest crowds even in the high season, with a beach entrance cir. 50 m away from the hotel, and cir. 1,5 km from Słowiński National Park famous for its moving dunes and abundant wildlife (birds). Its service is very friendly and willing to help you with any of your wishes/needs (not withstanding how unusual they may be). It is no mystery that the hotel is targeted mainly at families with children - huge playground with 12 hole mini golf course, big sandbox, numerous slides and swings (fit for kids of different ages), pool with colourful balls (also with a slide), pool with water, various wooden structures for kids to climb, kids bikes of all types (even running bikes for the youngest riders), adult bikes with children trailers, kids' club with proffessional stuff to fill child's time with fun whole day (literally - from morning till 6 p.m. with hour break for lunch), food prepared especially for toddlers, entertainment programme for kids every week (in high season) and so on - you get the idea. However, if you visit outside the high season (spring / autumn) it may well become your romantic getaway with second and third floor rooms with big terraces for romantic evenings with sea hum in the background and stuff willing to satisfy all your needs (the hotel also has a Spa section although not very developed). Food is also good and plentiful. Only complaint may be that it is quite expensive during high season, but I guess this is true about all hotels at the Polish seaside.

very nice
we have just been to the hotel Columbus for a wedding, we spent 3 nights in room 304 on the top floor. the rooms are well furnished and comfortable. the location is ideal for the beach but the weather was cold. the food for the wedding reception was very good ,well cooked and plentiful.the staff were exceptional .the hotel gave a feeling of friendliness .so if you are in this area you cannot go wrong with this hotel.recommended

My family is so in love with this place, that they keep coming back there every year. Nothing is impossible for the staff, and they are happy to assist you with any requestyou may have (from special dietary needs to booking your onward journey).

An amazing experience. Unrivalled customer service
I visited the hotel for a friend's wedding and travelled with my wife and four month old daughter. The location of the hotel is perfect - very close to the Baltic sea coast and 100 meters from the beach in Rowy. The hotel is very well presented and furnished to a high standard and has clearly had a lot of investment.
From the moment we walked into the reception, we were treated like royalty. Customer service of this quality is not often experienced anywhere. The front office staff bent over backwards to make sure everything was provided for us. When my baby monitor was too far from the reception to work, they moved our rooms closer and also provided their own monitor for us to use. When I needed baby's milk warming, they provided an electric milk warmer. When we came for lunch later than the advertised time, they happily served us warm food.
The beef goulash was amazing as were all of the meals we had here. A big thank you to Kuba and the team at Columbus. I will definitely visit again and would recommend the hotel to all!

To już nie ten sam COLUMBUS
Pobyt oceniam średnio.
Hotel zmienił właściciela i to jest bardzo odczuwalne, niestety na niekorzyść. Brak Pana Wojciecha, Jego empatii i życzliwości, to bardzo duża strata.
Jedzenie jest średnie. Pokoje są bardzo wygodne. Ogólnie lokalizacja i teren wokół hotelu są wyśmienite.
