Great placê to stay!
The room is clean and cozy.
The staff is very Nice and friendly.
The swimming pools, indoors and outdoors, are clean and very Nice.

Not to repeat

It was 2 days that didn't start well with the bar fridge already broken that was replaced by another placed in the access to the wc, broken shower stand that despite having been reported in the reception was not repaired, poor soundproofing and from 6h30 you can no longer rest, shower gel in the bathroom part practically non-existent and after communicating to the reception did not refill, in the room there is no list with internal contacts which made it very difficult to talk to the reception and when we found out the number did not respond with the explanation that they were very busy, outdoor pool with the broken shower and placing the clor in blocks that despite being working from 8h to 20h00, at 10h30 was not possible to use, indoor pool with lack of cleanliness and hygiene and out of water. Not to repeat!!!

Very Disappointing

This hotel is horrible. There is very little in the way of furniture or decor in the rooms which are more like cells, the balcony was dirty and had no furniture (and overlooked a busy road) and the bathroom was both dirty and dated. The hairdryer was so old it had gone yellow.
The only good thing about this hotel was the staff who were friendly and helpful.
This hotel either needs to have it's star rating reviewed or it needs to be pulled down and started again.

Very Bad Hotel!!!

Rooms smelling mold, restaurant with doubtful quality, Mr. Director of the Hotel is Execráble!!
I don't understand why it's considered 4 stars!!

Estou ciente da sua experiência no nosso hotel e, em nome de toda a nossa equipa, gostaria de pedir desculpa por qualquer inconveniente causado. Gostaria também de agradecer o facto de nos ter chamado a atenção para este assunto e iremos verificar a situação que referiu com a nossa equipa para evitar que se repita no futuro.
Relativamente ao contacto com a Direção, segundo percebo, não chegou a acontecer, daí a surpresa do seu comentário, que foi levado em conta.
A satisfação dos nossos clientes é, sem dúvida, a nossa maior preocupação e esperamos que situações por si mencionadas não tenham afetado a sua opinião geral.
Caso pretenda regressar a Oeiras, não hesite em contactar-nos.
