Excellent I liked the hotel, they made me feel at home.

Very good hotel, the area where it is located is very quiet, very friendly staff.

Hotel that practices overbooking... sorry!

I couldn't rate the hotel itself as they refused us access to our room despite our reservation. The hotel overbooks without even hiding from it.
On the other hand, I can note their deplorable communication and the very unprofessional attitude of the reception.
Until the very morning of our arrival we communicated by whatsapp and everything was OK for us to come:
ONLY once we arrive at the reception, we are informed that our room will not be available and that they cannot honor the reservation made on booking.
They then try to steal you a much worse hotel, in a much less secure area, at the same price...
If you refuse, they are very unpleasant and unhelpful in finding a solution.
After long hours of bus rides and a gruelling commute it is unacceptable. Especially since we paid the taxi to come just to get picked up...
Anyway, a waste of time and money. Pass your way if you can.

I do not recommend this hostel for anything

There is no hot water, I was going to stay to confirm half a day more and without consulting me rented the room and had to give me another, the receptionist spoiled, zero empathy, zero helpful, national channels not complete on TV, I do NOT recommend it

They do not respect reservations

The worst Hotel for reservations, the reservation was made, and the staff says that they know about the reservation that a colleague on shift made it, and they do not register the requested reservation at 9:30 pm at night with family and children, they did not recognize the reservation, the terrible treatment

Loved the terrace

We enjoyed this place, it had all we needed: comfortable bed, good size room, great shower, nice staff, good breakfast, central location, quiet neighbourhood and free secure parking (you have to book it in advance though). But for our group definitely their best feature was the roof top terrace, that provided us with a very cozy and comfy place to spend a couple of evenings relaxing with some music and drinks. Loved it!
