Very good family hotel.
Everything excellent as always. Super friendly service from all the staff, the food was very good and varied. Entertainment for the whole family, we were able to relax and have fun.
I recommend it 100%, heated pool all year round, sun every day, we love coming to enjoy ourselves here.

Hotel “Las Dunas” Left Me Stranded Despite Valid Identification
Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Las Dunas. After traveling more than 5 hours from Lima to Ica, I was denied check-in despite presenting a valid government-issued American passport ID card. I explained multiple times that I did not bring my physical passport with me, but I did have an official federal identification document that I have successfully used at other hotels and resorts without any issues.
The level of customer service and lack of professionalism was shocking. The staff showed no empathy, flexibility, or willingness to assist an international traveler carrying a valid government-issued ID.
This experience caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses after a long journey. I would strongly caution travelers about booking here, especially international visitors who may encounter documentation misunderstandings. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

We loved Las Dunas! Water Slide, tennis, table tennis, on site horses and peacocks, and sand-boarding! We only stayed one night we wish we had stayed longer. One note is that the ica airport no longer has flights over the Nazca lines.

We loved this hotel and would stay again in the future. We loved the activities such as sand boarding, the water slide, dance lessons, ping pong and frisbee. It was so fun. We also loved the breakfast and the food at the bar restaurant was very tasty.
