Cozy location, helpful staff!

We arrived at the hotel and we were greeted by Dante who was very welcoming and attentive. Oh breakfast is very good, with fruits, seeds, olives, breads like ciabata, croissant and form bread. Juices in general. ☰
The location is great as the hotel is close to Plaza de Armas and is very easy to get around the city.
The room has a very good size. The bathroom is a little small, but everything
very clean and organized. We stayed in room 102 and we'd be back.
Extra point for the team and Dante always ready to help us. We left our bags at the hotel to make a 5 day trail and when we returned everything was fine. I recommend it because this was my experience.

No Better Home Base for Exploring Cusco!

The XO Art House is an excellent choice for a hotel in Cusco. You can't beat the location - within easy walking distance to everything in the historic center of the city and many, many excellent shops and restaurants. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast each morning in the hotel courtyard was a delicious buffet of fresh fruit and prepared foods. Perfect!

Living a great experience

Since I arrived, Mr. Dante attended to me; he is a great person who was very kind and indicated where to go and which places to visit. The room was very good and spacious, and the breakfast was very good and well organized.

Highly Recommended to explore Cusco

From the moment we arrived, it was clear we had made the right choice. The location is simply unbeatable — everything you need is right at your doorstep, making it effortless to explore the area without wasting a moment.
The rooms are generously spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and impeccably clean. There was plenty of room to unwind after a full day out, and the overall comfort level genuinely felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in the furnishings and amenities did not go unnoticed.
Breakfast deserves a special mention — absolutely delicious, with a wonderful variety of fresh options that set us up perfectly for each day. It’s the kind of breakfast you actually look forward to waking up for.
What truly elevated our stay, however, was the exceptional service. The entire team was warm, attentive, and always went the extra mile. A heartfelt special thanks to Dante, who was not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable but also brought such a great sense of humour to every interaction — a rare and refreshing quality that made our stay all the more memorable.
We will absolutely be back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere
