This is a hostel, not a hotel. Our bathroom was down the hall, no toilet paper, no soap, no towels. We enjoy staying in hostels throughout South America and Europe, but we understand that we are staying in a hostel and bring our own amenities. There was no heat in the hostel, temps were around 2 Celsius in the room when we woke. Again, we are backpackers and are used to waking up in cold conditions in the backcountry while camping, not in a hostel that is advertised as a hotel.
The breakfast was delicious on the 1 Celsius rooftop breakfast patio. The staff was standard and nice. The location was perfectly located a couple blocks off the Plaza.
If you stay here just understand that it is a hostel and you will need to bring all customary amenities with you with the exception of breakfast.

Cusco accomodation

Been here for 3nights and I instantly regretted it.Should have booked somewhere else.The only good thing are location and staff will try their best to communicate with google translate.The room is basic,don’t expect more.No exhaust fan to toilet so you can smell when people poops while you’re in the hallway.Room is cold with no heater,no phone so you have to go down for any concern to the reception.Asked to book me a taxi going to the airport,paid with my card to the reception as I ran out of cash but ended up paying to the driver as he did not received any payment.On my 1st day of arrival,there are hairs in one of the throw pillow on the bed and one on my pillow unsure if it’s even washed.Toiletries provided are 3soaps,good thing I brought my own toiletries.The shower don’t have curtain or door so the water splash all over the floor and looks flooding up to outside the bathroom.No dish soap,only an old rattan looking basket which looks really disgusting.

Excellent experience in Wayna

Excellent attention during my stay in the city of Cusco I loved the super delicious breakfast also super close to the Historic center most important accessible to very important places in Cusco.
