Splendid

Great commodities, attendance and environment. I had a great time with people from all over the world, enjoyed the breakfast every morning and of course, the view from my room was awesome. Also since it's located at San Blas neighborhood i got to visit many places I normally wouldn't have visited by my own, like San Blas Market among others.

Could be the best place in Cusco but it is being left to ruin

Well located, beautiful on the outside and with some rooms with the best views of Cusco (just a bit lower than Limbus bar) this hostel might prove disapointing. We spent 4 days there before going to Machu Pichu and planned to come back there after the treck for another 4 days. The first 4 were good, room was nice and we could shower but only with a very thin trail of water, very, very thin. We asked the owner to fix the water or change us to another room when we came back and she told us that she was going to reserve one of the new rooms which was supposed to be nicer. The owner and staff are supper nice and friendly but they rarely solve anything. When we came back, late at night, we were taken to the new room wich was unfinished and had not just the thin line of water, had a thin line of cold water only. Our previous room was taken and we were offered another one which was not clean (toilet paper on the floor, dust everywhere and hair on the bed and sheets) so we didnt stay and had to wander at 2 am looking for another place with a spare room. If you can contact them before booking and making sure you will be given a clean room with warm water I see no problem but if you wanna book and forget trouble maybe this one just isnt the place for you...

Cute hostel, friendly staff

Cute hostel approx 15 min walk from main square away from main tourist area.
There were hot showers, linen and wifi. The bed was quite old and uncomfortable - you could feel the springs underneath which made for a difficult sleep.
Our room was located right near reception so when people arrived at all hours, it echoed quite a lot.
Basic breakfast included cereal, yogurt, bread and fruit.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, also making good restaurant recommendations away from the high priced tourist areas.

Customer Service

I found the staff incredibly helpful and timely. They were courteous and were able to fulfill all requests on a timely basis.
Nice little kitchen to prepare meals. Within walking distance of the San Blas Market.
Muy agradecidas.

Very good for the price

It's a hostel but to be honest is a budget hotel. We had every day clean towels, service room really good and it's located in a nice and cozy suburb of Cusco, called San Blas, pretty close of the city centre really secure to walk any time.
