Highly recommended

Excellent experience, everyone was very attentive from day 1, every day while waiting for the tours the staff was attentive to the comfort of the whole family.

Good central hotel in Cusco

Perfect location to explore Cusco on foot.
Rooms on road were noisy but the staff had no issue with moving us to a quieter room.
Rooms clean and comfortable.

Great Hotel in a Great Location!

Great customer service from a majority of the staff, great location in Cusco. We did have a slight inconvenience regarding our telephone working. I explained to the front desk attendant when we arrived, however, she repeatedly told me the phone worked when it most certainly didn't. She also never sent anybody up to fix it. Not a huge deal, Andy in the restaurant was very accommodating taking our order in the restaurant and bringing it up to the room. Minor bump in the road, but an avoidable one if someone was just sent up.
We arrived 6/27/26 for reference.
Given the location and convenience, we'd still recommend people choose to stay here!
