Very clean room with excellent service. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning, which is lovely. Close to the city center attractions, but you are not stumbling into bus loads of people as you leave the building, which was great for us.

If you are simply looking for a clean and reasonably comfortable room, this place may work for you. But if you are expecting an actual hotel experience, this is not the right choice.
It is basically a room inside a building, with no air conditioning. My room had no window facing outside; the only window opened onto an internal staircase, which made the room feel quite stuffy.
That said, the service was very helpful throughout my stay, and communication via WhatsApp was always quick and effective. On the first night, the staff managed to provide me with a fan. On one morning, they prepared a breakfast box for me to take on an early tour, and on another day I could have breakfast delivered to my room. Breakfast was simple, but perfectly fine.
They were also very helpful with my luggage after check-out, even bringing it down to the building entrance when I came back to collect it.
Overall, good and attentive service, but the accommodation itself is much more of a basic room than a hotel.

Excellent appt, staff and location

I looked to self cater and spend a few days in Cusco. The apt was perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfy. I felt secure and with a small market, bakery and pizzairea close it was an amazing stay. Highly recommend

Breakfast included which is awesome. Clean and super nice good view of the historic buildings. Very nice amenities.

We booked this place because it could accommodate three to a room and it is literally above the Inca Rail station. The reviews were also very good. Unfortunately for us we were in the rooms that are right off the street and we couldn’t sleep due to the road noise. We asked to be changed but they didn’t have any availability. I wouldn’t stay here again. For the price you don’t get the amenities that other hotels provide.
