Excellent location but expect some noise

The location is prefix if you need to take a tour, see the city or visit one of the many wonderful restaurants. No cars are allowed on the road in front of the hotel so be prepared. At night there are many activities lasting to 5 AM making it difficult to sleep. The staff is friendly and they offer tea to get you adjust to the altitude.

I am Diana from Colombia, I came with my mother to Cusco and we stayed at the Amérinka hotel and I highly recommend it, excellent service from all the staff, very comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfast.

Amerinka very good hotel in Cusco

Excellent boutique hotel, very well located in Cusco, very good service and always offer help like preparing a box lunch when you have tours very early and can not have breakfast at the hotel.
The reception received by Gerson was very, very good, always seeing how to help you in a very cordial way.

Good location

Our stay at this hotel was very good and pleasant. From day one everything was in order and fully fulfilled what we expected.
We particularly highlight the cleanliness: the room was cleaned every day and we always found it tidy, clean and with a constant sense of freshness and care. The room was comfortable and functional; the beds are very comfortable, look clean and well maintained, which allowed us to rest properly each night. Although the bathroom is a little small, it perfectly serves its function and stays clean, so it did not significantly affect our experience.
Breakfast is simple, but really delicious. Food is well prepared, fresh and enough to start the day well.
The attention of the staff was another very positive point. We found people friendly, willing to help and always attentive, which made our stay even more pleasant.
It is definitely a hotel we recommend and would stay again

This was a fantastic hotel for the price. Excellent location, just two blocks from the Plaza (and not an uphill walk!). I requested an airport pickup. They replied quickly and organised this. The taxi driver took my bags into the hotel where I received a very warm welcome. Check-in was very fast. The lady carried my suitcase to my room, which I much appreciated in the altitude. I was offered the choice between a room with a balcony that opened onto a street. The lady warned me that the music outside can be loud. She showed me another room that did not have a window, but she explained that I may hear other guests coming and going on early morning tours. I chose the room with the balcony because it received a lot of light. I sleep with earplugs in hotels so the street noise was not a problem. It actually added to the atmosphere, with local musicians playing. I enjoyed people-watching from the balcony.
The room was warm, with a heater. The bed was extremely comfortable, with extra blankets provided. The shower was powerful and the water very hot. Just give it a few minutes to heat up. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. I did not eat the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. When I was leaving, the hotel booked a taxi for me and stored my bags. I cannot fault this hotel and I can't wait to return. I truly thought it was excellent for the price. I feel the cold, so, being warm is very important for me and that can be difficult to find in Cusco. Thank you Amerinka!
