Conveniant, good location
The location in a quiet side street close to San Pedro’s market is very practical and a 5min walk from Plaza de Armas.
The rooms are not very spacious but big enough. However, they are lacking space for storing your clothes and other belongings (no cabinets/wardrobes). All rooms have an electric heater. The bathroom is rather small and hot water takes a while to cone through (twice I only had freezing cold water in the morning). No hairdryer is available. The cleaning guy does a very good job and is friendly.
The staff at the reception, though, is rather unprofessional: they only speak Spanish and hardly care about customer service. Besides, they do not know anything beyond giving out keys (e.g. they don’t know bus stops, gyms etc). Breakfast is limited (toast, jam, cheese, ham, cornflakes, fruit) and never changes. Eggs are available but only if you ask. Staff seems to eat of the same buffet and one receptionist had her daughter with her every morning.
The reception/breakfast area is dark and very cold —- it’ll be nice if they would heat it for their customers at breakfast time.
Generally speaking I find the location and the accomodation quite good especially with regard to the price. Only the unprofessional, unhelpful staff should be improved.
One last thought: the airport transfer offered by the hotel cost me PEN 30 —- a regular taxi costs PEN 8-10!

Good location, decent hotel
TV have a few English channels and breakfast is basic but OK. I would definitely stay here again.
