Awsome place

We came to visit Cusco spectacular place the hotel we chose was without a doubt the best place we could find, spacious, old with a very helpful staff and they give the best tips, unfortunately my sister had a height sickness and at reception they helped me with her recovery and it really improved I will return to the place without hesitation

It could have been perfect.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are comfortable, but unfortunately our experience ended very badly.
During our stay we had to shower one day with cold water because there was no gas; another day we were without electricity or water and breakfast didn't work either; furthermore, there was a constant smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. We didn't complain about any of these inconveniences and we were totally understanding.
The truly unusual thing happened at check-out: they showed us a photo of a bed with an alleged stain and charged us for laundry, claiming that it corresponded to our room. We don't know what that stain was and we are sure that we didn't make it. A photo of a bed, which could be from any room, also doesn't prove absolutely anything.
After having been understanding about all the hotel's problems, that they charge us for something we didn't do at the moment of leaving seems like a huge lack of judgment to me.
A shame, because the hotel has positive things, but the way of handling this situation completely ruined our final impression.

Wonderful!!

Amazing service, perfect location and beautiful!! Great for a solo female traveler, lots of great restaurants around, I walked the city and was always appreciative of the amazing location. Had laundry done downstairs, so easy! Staff were great!

All great. I booked 3 nights in Cuzco and 2 other in Machu Picchu Pueblo. The last 2 were pending depending on where I would enjoy more the last 2 days. Cuzco was chosen and I had no doubts that Casona Corrales was my best choice. Back there for the end on my trip.

We had a phenomenal stay at Casona Corrales! We stayed here for multiple chunks of time as we left for excursions (Salkantay Trek and Amazon Jungle excursion in between). This is a beautiful and cozy place nestled in the heart of Cusco. The rooms were extremely nice and all of the staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful. They always went out of their way to help whether it was stowing luggage, ensuring we got breakfast even on the go, and making sure we made it to and from the airport. I am so happy we chose to stay here during our time in Cusco and I will warmly recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting in the near future!!
