Amazing in every way!

This is a fantastic place to stay! It is beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. Each floor has a lounge area which is a great place to hang out with traveling companions. The staff is kind, helpful and always available. The Reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. They made arrangements for a snack if we were leaving early and helped to arrange transportation even at the last minute. No matter if I was leaving early or late Shiomara, Angelica, Ardy and Jhon were there to greet and help us. The Restaurant was one of my favorite spaces in the Hotel. Both the food and views from there are fabulous all day long! I seemed to spend a lot of time there enjoying a hot drink…hot cocoa was my favorite, a snack or a meal. The breakfast buffet has really nice variety of both hot and cold choices. I’m a health nut, so having healthy options like eggs, quinoa, chia seeds and fresh fruits & drinks was fantastic! I was always impressed with the food, meticulously prepared with beautiful presentation. The servers were attentive, friendly and super helpful in describing the new foods we were experiencing…a big shout out to Diego, Jason, Luis and Veronica. The rooms are clean and clutter free. I was impressed with the huge closet space to keep my things organized. Although it was cold in July, I was nice and warm in bed and the space heater helped to keep me comfortable. Thank you to Housekeeping (Bolivia, Ely, and Naty) for keeping my room clean and tidy while I was there. As far as location, the views are totally worth the short taxi ride to downtown. I felt safe and I enjoyed walking around the hotel discovering little stores to find snacks and water. I’m definitely coming back to Ayni Cusco Hotel when my travels take me to Cusco!

Ayni hotel Cuzco

Enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are large and comfortable. It’s less than a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown Cuzco ($3 each way). Andy was very helpful at the front desk.

I had an excellent experience at Ayni Cusco Hotel. From our arrival, they made us feel very welcome. The service was warm, friendly, and they were always attentive to ensuring our stay was comfortable and pleasant. ️✨
I want to make a very special mention and congratulation to the reception team: Shiomara, Angélica, Jhon, and Andy. They all demonstrated excellent willingness, kindness, and professionalism. They always welcomed us with a smile and were attentive to helping and guiding us with everything we needed. They really make the difference!
I also want to highlight the hotel food, which is very delicious. ️ The breakfast buffet is delicious and very varied, with different options to start the day very well.
The rooms are very comfortable, cozy, and, above all, very clean. ️✨ In addition, they have heating, something that is greatly appreciated due to Cusco's climate and that makes the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had an excellent experience: good service, delicious food, comfortable and clean rooms, and a wonderful team of people.

Hotel was clean.
John, Angelica and Casowella were very helpful with suggestions. They helped with taxis and laundry service as well.
Carlos, Luis, Angel and Veronica were great on the 7th floor restaurant. Veronica is an excellent chef. Everything we ordered tasted delicious and was seasoned perfectly.

Good but poorly located

The hotel is very good in every way. The service, the breakfast, the rooms. The staff is very friendly. Except for the location, which is high up in Cusco and a 20-minute walk down to the center, and better to take an Uber back up. And the laundry service is pathetic, just pathetic... the clothes came back almost the same as they went in and extremely wrinkled.

Entendemos también su apreciación respecto a nuestra ubicación. Nos encontramos en una zona elevada y tranquila de Cusco, desde donde se pueden disfrutar bonitas vistas de la ciudad. El centro histórico es accesible caminando de bajada, mientras que para el retorno recomendamos utilizar taxi o Uber por la pendiente.
Respecto al servicio de lavandería, lamentamos sinceramente que el resultado no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas ni de nuestros estándares. Agradecemos que nos lo haya señalado, ya que este tipo de comentarios nos permite identificar aspectos que debemos corregir y mejorar con nuestro equipo.
Gracias nuevamente por su visita y por destacar los aspectos positivos de su estadía. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de recibirla nuevamente y ofrecerle una experiencia aún mejor.
