Traveled to lime for business but scale hotel surprised me as it is a good hotel and gave me good service. I would go again and highly recommend it

Bad facilities

The facilities are very bad, the rooms do not have ventilation, the electrical outlets did not work and there were ants in the room, so the room was clean, but it was very uncomfortable

Quick search and found this great hotel

Great workers, very kind, clean. Though luck I had6to be here with the virus and all of that going on, but yes I recommend it. Great price and they will help you on what ever you need. And one main thing, great beds and pillows is a must, at least for me.

Great service

We spent a night at the Escala Hotel and were welcomed with fantastic service. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they responded to our concerns quickly and continued to help us even after we had checked out. Ruth was especially involved in our stay! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable place to sleep in Chiclayo.

Average

Quite noisy room (window towards inner hall of hotel hearing the receptionist on the phone, peole in the staircase, etc). Breakfast below average. No charm. Good location. Room was clean, but tiny. Additional charge for early check in. I would probably select another hotel next time.
