Nice hotel near the airport…

After our return from Longyearbyen, we were guests at the Scandic Gardermoen. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport from/to the airport, less than 10 minutes. It is in a very quiet location. The hotel staff are very friendly, the rooms very nicely decorated, furnished, everything new, the hotel has a large and well-equipped gym.
Before our departure to Spitsbergen, we were able to store our backpack there without any problems until our return, — Top!
We really enjoyed our short stay.

Good hotel stay

A nice hotel with a really good breakfast, one of the better at the Scandic hotels. Had dinner at their restaurant and the food was amazing. Negative that it was next to a McDonald's where it became a little lively on a Saturday night.

Accommodation before moving on

Absolutely fine hotel for a night stay before traveling further. Ok room and central location when travelling from Gardermoen A big plus that those who work there were very friendly Cleaning was also ok

Cosy pendlerhotel

We were at a wedding nearby and slept over here. Typical pendler hotel, but we were only sleeping over and then being on the go the days we were in Akershus.
Good breakfast with good selection. Very happy with lactose-free chiapudding.
Noted well here that the hotel is designed very well for those flying to/from Gardemoen. Was an extremely loud breakfast when we ate.
Got checked out later and had it calm out towards the way we were. Nice room sizes, was a bit difficult to understand how to control the thermostat, would like to have it down a few degrees when it stood at 24 degrees, but again. We should only be in the room for a few hours here and there and to sleep.

Very comfortable hotel and staff.

When we went out on holiday we stayed at the second large Scandic hotel at Gardermoen and on the return we ended up on this little less at Jessheim. I definitely prefer this place. The hotel is small and charming. The receptionists very friendly and professional. Breakfast welcoming and easy parking right outside. Next to the hotel there is a 24-hour McDonalds and a gas station.
