Great atmosphere

Very nice rooms, we got lucky and got a seaview room. Harbour and beachfront surroundings, chill atmosphere and great staff. Spa designed with one ordinary and one steam sauna. Food was variable, steak was great, pasta not so much. Disappointing desserts. Great bar at night but service was lacking.

Great and fresh

Great hotel and lovely food. Fantastic pool on the roof. Poor air conditioning, warm in the room! The receptionist at check-out needs smile course

Good hotel

Stayed here for two nights in the sea view suite. The suite was very nice and fresh. Big bedroom with maybe the best bed I have ever slept in. Living room with small kitchenette. Huge bathroom, and balcony at both sides of the suite. Excellent views of the surrounding. The weather was very nice when we stayed there, so we used the small beach several times. Breakfast buffet was good. We had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant. It is quite expensive for the quality you get IMO.
Service was good all around during our stay. The hotel is located 15 mins walk from the train station. Moss is perhaps not the most exciting place on earth, but if you are going there I will recommend this hotel,

A unique place that you must visit.

The hotel is unique and unique. It is a place where you can relax and enjoy every moment. I highly recommend it.

Uneven experience

Nice space, comfortable beds, lovely spa, uneven food, uneven service, disappointing breakfast.
We were given incorrect information on several occasions. Dinner was alright, the dessert seemed to come from a box.
The breakfast selection was generally poor, the allergy friendly options they bothered to put on the website but not on the breakfast buffet. What was there was was alright, but noticably poorer quality than at far more basic hotels.
All in all my feeling is that the space is very good but the management poor.
