Excellent!

Short notice, late check-in reservation via WhatsApp (+264 81 124 6613), superbly handled. We had a family room, a warm shower, soft beds, a clean room, coffee and biscuits, a delicious breakfast, great swimming, and a fabulous time with the family.

Camping at Khoa Lodge

5 Days of camping at Koha Lodge. Very clean ablutions and nice grass areas to camp on. Easy access from main road and very friendly staff and owner.
Clean swimming pool and ample place for kids to play and free Wi-Fi.
Safe area for camping. Camp sites clean ans spacious.

Great Guest House

A long journey meant we ended up stopping in Mariental rather than elsewhere. Hope of accomodation plummeted when we found there was a local football tournament on and everywhere was booked solid. A helpful B & B hostess rang round her contacts and found us the last 2 rooms at Koha. Her kindness landed us comfortable beds and great, hot showers when we were beyond weary. So, we didn't see the place in daylight as we left at 6am next morning, but I will remember it as a welcome bolt hole of comfort just outside town and will be grateful to the local B & B hotline that saved the day (or is that, night...?)
