Best service, best chef, best housekeepers in Budva

Why would I give a 5 star review to a hotel that cost more, at €80 per night if a four night stay, more than I paid for an apartment with a sea view, separate bedroom with king sized bed and sea views from the kitchen and the bedroom, a 30 minute walk from here in the Crna Gora mountains? There was also a little issue with my room door which took all my strength to shut and no response from maintenance although I reported the problem when I arrived? It is because even better than the food, delicious vegetarian omelettes for breakfast included in the room price, authentic Italian pizzas and pasta for lunch and dinner ( and I am an Italian who loves to cook, so this is high praise indeed--the shrimp pasta was the best I ever had in Italia or in my own kitchen; complimenting alla cuoca, that woman knows what she's doing, and I hope WoW is paying her accordingly) is the service. Viktor by day and Ervin by night provided service that was beyond professional. They made me feel at home. And this is especially important to a person travelling on one's own while doing business. Also Jovanna, the elegantly beautiful blonde bar manager helped me sort out some issues several times with her excellent English and her personal attention.
So, unreservedly, I give WoW 5 stars. What does a sticky door matter in an apartment with full kitchen including oven, large living room, in a hotel with premier chef and the best service at any hotel in Budva, even better than Merit which is wonderful, however the personal care of the Crna Gorski staff at WoW will make you feel right at home

Good location.

The location is excellent. The rooms are nice and functional. Suitable for apartment use.
The breakfast selection was actually good, but there were no staff around and they didn't replenish the items that ran out. Other than that, everything was positive.

Great stay

Excellent overnight stay in a good location . Nice solid 4 star property . Room was spacious and had a kitchen area which was quite a nice touch . Views on higher floors are better . Service was good and great breakfast offering . No issues . recommended

Poor maintenance

the maintenance in the hotel is poor!!!
shower head sprays all over

Unsafe security sketchy staff

Our room wasn’t ready so they told us if we left our bags with them it would be safe . When we got back, our wallet and IPAD had been stolen and they said it was our fault . They wouldn’t help us call the police ( insisted the police would not come ) and when we asked to see the security camera , they kept blocking it . We had a tracker on the IPAD and it showed it was at a bar , and we had a charge there, but the hotel wouldn’t help us or take responsibility. We spent the rest of our vacation cancelling cards , blocking bank accounts- it was a mess . Obviously this is not a safe hotel to keep your things from being stolen . Beware !! Stay anywhere else . ( Plus it’s too far from the beach ).
