Amazing place amazing people

We came to progreso after our flight to Merida. We came only for a night to Marias hotel. Thet was amazing experience the nicest room and the staff is just amazing.
The place is close to everything in the city.
Really really recomended!

Bad experience

Very bad experience.
Bad treatment of the tourist.
Dirty.
They don't change the towels
Trying to get a deal is impossible because they're poorly qualified people. Six was just wasted time.

Good but not great

I'll start with the good; the staff were friendly although English was lacking. A chance to brush up on my Spanish I guess!
Pool area was nice enough. Aircon was fine.
However:
The wifi rarely worked.
The hot water rarely worked.
There's no safety deposit at reception and the safe in our room wasn't attached to the wall!

Week stay

We really enjoyed our week stay at this hotel. The room and grounds were cleaned daily. Excellent location. Just a short walk to the beach, many restaurants and grocery store. Hotel supplied everything we needed. My only complaint would be the pool. It could have been cleaned earlier in the week instead 2 days before we were leaving.

Franchement pas sérieux

J avais réservé par booking
2 nuits confirmer par carte visa
Nous sommes arrivés à 17 h le soir
Après avoir galérer pour trouver l emplacement
Et voilà que la dame de l accueil me dit que tout était réserver avant et que booking avait essayer de m envoyer des mails alors que j avais une réservation de 3 jours avant avec aucune notification
Sur mon portable
Je me suis retrouvé dans un port ou il me semblait que les hôtels autour était des endroits de mauvaise vie
