Calmed down

Everything was very clean, the pool was small but comfortable and clean, the house is very comfortable, it has air conditioning which was excellent.
The host is very nice.
They have barbecue
Bathroom with everything, towels, shampoo, conditioner

BAD EXPERIENCE

I'm sorry to report that we had a terrible experience at this place. The first day we arrive, we could not get into the property because you have to wait outside in a dirt alley and ring a bell and wait till someone comes and opens the front gate. No one was at the property. We waited about 1 hour for someone to drive up to open up the front gate and let us in to the property. Once we were in, the guy that was helping us was so confused, he didn't know that we had booked two different cabanas. The one that was given to my husband, and I was a total dump. It was so dirty. The bathroom was not washed, the bathroom has mold on the walls, the towels they left there were so old and heavily used. The bed cover was white and had yellow stains. We were so disgusted and grossed out that we did not sleep under the covers. I reported it to the owner, and she send someone to clean the room the next day. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The room was run down; they don't keep up the Maintenace of the room. Please think twice if you want to book this place. The only positive thing there was the guy that stays overnight to watch over the property, his name is Hector. He was very nice and apologize many times for what we had to go through and tried to make the best of our stay.

Well situated with all the necessary amenties

We arrived late at night and originally were offered a different unit than the one we booked. It turned out to be a misunderstanding and we got the unit we booked, which was perfect for our needs, one bedroom with a large living space. The location was great and it didn't take more than 20 minutes for us to drive to any of the places we wanted to go to. The temperature outside was cold (40s Fahrenheit) and our room took a little time to heat up, but once it did, it was very cozy. The property is very quiet. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The grounds were also perfectly manicured. We spent three nights there and wish we'd had more time. There was even a very friendly dog on site. Would happily go back.
