Vacations

This is the best hotel I haven’t stayed before they treat me like a queen, I really loved, I asked for special room they did please without any excuse, very clean, but the best pert was the customer service Ernesto Guzman is one of the best there he was very kind respectful and always checking on me to see if I need anything I really loved , misión have the delicious breakfast, Martin also helped me and my visitors I love this hotel very much that I just booked again to come back next month. Thank you so much for all the attentions, I stayed on room 124 prices are very good including delicious breakfast this is the best place to stay , when you go there try to be there any day of the week except Wednesday because Martin Guzman is off , then you can have the best experience there, I really enjoyed, thank you Ernesto Guzman , Martin they feed me the entire time, Gloria and Misael keep my room very clean and wherever I need I got it ASAP , thank you thank you

Comfortable and cozy

The hotel is really cozy, the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good and great service from Ernesto, Carlos, Alejandro and Pavel. I would consider this hotel again coming back to Colima.

Nice place with reasonable rates

We have stayed here twice, Good rooms, pool area and food. It is off set from the road so it's nice and quiet. The rooms where spacious and wifi was ok. Pharmacy was close by as where several other places to eat.

What once was is no more

Although the staff is quite friendly, they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Had to ask for a room change three times. The first time the bed was too old, the second for the same reason plus a dirty bathroom. CATS HAVING SEX OUTSIDE MY ROOM and the noise that comes with the event.
Good restaurant, good food at a very reasonable price.

Pictures and website not a true depiction

Our check in was excellent, Martin was great.
Day 2 and we have had a few issues
The grounds are beautiful but dated, the pool is cloudy and not enough water to go through the skimmers and filtration. I mentioned it the first day, but no one has topped up the pool or vacuumed. No chlorine and cloudy murky water. Was very dissapointed as i love to swim and is good for my arthritis
The room. Hmmmmm adequate but dated, the bathroom tub was dirty, no face cloths or face towels, only bath towel. The shower is not functioning properly, it dribbles out water in 1 stream about as strong as taking a pee. very hard to figure out how to get hot water. The bed is comfortable
The staff in general was very friendly but my request for the pool to be cleaned and topped up with water was ignored. my request for a face cloth and small face towel for my wife was ignored, my request have the shower head repaired or changed as so far been ignored.
We we're expecting more from this hotel. we should have read more of the reviews more thouroughly.
