This is a clean, well equipped property. Full kitchenette/ great seating area with tv in both living room and bedroom. Clean, modern bathroom (low water pressure), bedroom with walk-in closet. Balcony with chairs and side table. It’s way up a hill so there are a LOT of stairs to climb which was fine with us (loved the cardio) but might not suit others. Great view from pool terrace.

Amazing view

The place is amazing, we received very good attention from the administrators, the department has what is essential to be able to cook, air conditioning, elevator, the door has electronic veneer so we do not worry about loading keys.
The view from the terrace is beautiful (photos do not do it justice) we enjoyed the infinity pool very much.
Definitely one of the best places in Puerto Vallarta

Don't Stay at Nise Condos

My family and I booked our holidays to stay here for 14 days in November 2024. I would not recommend this place. It is far from the webpage’s description just as much as the photos are misleading. It is not a “Luxury Hotel”. The front door entrance is where the community disposes their garbage on the street and you can smell it in the condo. It was unsanitary, dark and the furniture was in disrepair. The ceiling fans were excessively loud and looked like they were about to fall out of the ceilings so we couldn’t use them and there was very little water pressure. The pool was a bathtub for all the local birds and there were bird droppings all over the pool deck and lounge chairs and the risk of being pooped on is real while on the pool deck or in the pool. The advertised “5-minute walk to the beach” is literally hike down and up. Not good for people with small children, strollers or people who have walking challenges. Finally, the dogs in the neighboring properties barked all day and night, we couldn’t get any kind of sleep (and we are dog-loving people!). After our first day there we advised the property manager of our issues and nothing was done. We felt it was unsafe and unsanitary for our family to stay. Inconveniently, we had to pack up and move to a new location last minute. The owner would only offer to refund 1 night out of the 14 that we had booked. Terribly disappointing!

Nice place! Felt safe. Stunning views. Not recommended for people who have a hard time with stairs as there is a lot of climbing stairs if you want to walk to places and not drive or take a taxi.

This is a great place the rooftop pool is amazing. There are lots of hills and stairs to get to this property unless you are taking Uber or taxi. The water pressure is our bathrooms was not very great but other than that it’s a really good spot.
