Excellent lodging option in Aguascalientes

I loved it, it is the first time I have stayed, it surely will not be the last, it is very comfortable, the parking is sufficient, it has a Starbucks super close by. Due to an upgrade in my room they assigned me the junior suite, thank you so much, super spacious. Excellent. Thank you.

Bad experience.

I hate it when hotels do not notify in advance about "maintenance" or when they do not have amenities available. Checking in, at the end of the check-in, when they already give you the key, they say, by the way, we do not have the pool available due to maintenance. Like that, and then what is there to "replace" that?

It was great except for every night the key had to be magnetized again no matter where I kept the key, so it was not a magnet problem.

Beautiful Hotel!

First time in Ramada Encore in Aguascalientes. The distance from the airport to the hotel was short. Beautiful experience since the beginning you walk-in the front desk personnel very nice and helpful!
The restaurant has so many options to choose from, the food was delicious and the breakfast buffet has many varieties of food. The amenities the hotel provides is excellent! Me and my family will definitely be back.

Room clean. Friendly staff.
Only thing I didn't like in my room was the A/C the wing it has for air makes a noise that kept the person I booked it for from sleeping. I had to take him somewhere else the 2nd night. We did not say anything because we have been in room 704 before and was swapped to another room because of the noise.
We thought by now it would have been fixed but it wasn't. I do like this particular hotel next time we will just ask not to be put in 704.
