Exceptional service from Tarun at Hennessy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We recently stayed at Hennessy to celebrate our 7th anniversary, which made the experience even more special as it’s also where we first met.
From the moment we arrived, Tarun was absolutely exceptional. He was incredibly professional, well-mannered, friendly and attentive, with such a warm personality and natural charisma. My partner and I genuinely found ourselves talking about how lovely and professional he was throughout our stay.
Tarun went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He personally came to our room with an anniversary cake, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected surprise. He paid attention to the smallest details and even made sure everything was sorted for us when we were leaving.
People like Tarun are what make a hotel experience truly memorable. His hospitality, communication and genuine care for guests really stood out to us.
Hennessy is very lucky to have someone like him on the team. A massive shout-out to Tarun thank you for making our anniversary stay even more special!
