Great hotel in an excellent location with amazing staff!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights recently, me and my Mum both had a room each. First of all the service was simply amazing from all the staff, all were very nice and kind and warming and so helpful. Even the staff at breakfast were all so kind and friendly.
The location - amazing, right in the heart of the Medina and lots of nice restaurants nearby, also a local hammam, nice sites and not too far walking to the beach either or the shopping malls, a lovely and safe walk.
The room was really nice, given a bottle of water and fresh fruit, bed was comfortable, shower was nice with lovely shower gel.
Breakfast was nice, fresh coffee and eggs etc, filling to set you up for the day. A fair few steps but not too bad.
Loved the hotel, would highly recommend and stay again. Really enjoyed our stay. Was a little loud at night in the front rooms with the mosque being so close but managed to fall asleep after the morning prayers anyway. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Mamora Bay Hotel: comfort, location, and great service in Tangier

We stayed at the Mamora Bay Hotel in Tangier and it was an excellent choice. The daily cleaning, the service upon arrival with tea, and the always friendly staff made the difference. They store luggage if needed. The breakfast is decent, and the staff in that area is especially efficient. The rooms have air conditioning, which is essential in summer. The restaurant upstairs has beautiful views. The location is perfect: 10-15 minutes from the port and right in the historic center, but on a quiet street. Highly recommended for exploring Tangier!

Views, breakfast, and perfect location!

I have been here with some friends, the staff is extraordinarily friendly, the location is perfect, and the breakfast is super delicious. The room is very clean, perhaps the bathroom is a bit tight. They provide complimentary water and fruit when you arrive.
Perhaps for people with reduced mobility, it is not the most suitable as it does not have an elevator.
I recommend this hotel if you visit Tangier...

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The en-suite was fine if a bit small with no where to leave toiletries. The location was ideal, close to shops but the hotel was elevated from the main shopping area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was excellent and we enjoyed an evening meal also.
