Superb experience

We have appreciate the service. And the staff was do professional.
thank you so much to carring for our health at that critical moment.
I recommande that riad for your next stay in marrakech .
Don't forget Mr Youssef the riad manager he is a great man he give us all the informations neccesary for our holiday .
The breakfast was a 100% Moroccan . The Tajin Berber every night was so delicious

Horrible.

Our host did not welcome us, so saying off, we had closed door at 2:30 in the morning. The next day we ask for a refund, he tells us "it's not my problem, that besides we woke him"....when it was planned that we arrive in the middle of the night.
We're disgusted!
We had to repay and find a riad, paid the driver for us dropped off somewhere else..
Very, very bad experience. Lots of stress for only 4 days .... .
For the moment I don't say thank you at the last minute either because I'm waiting for my refund.
I will keep you informed if it is done!

Un riad che fa sentire a casa

Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo riad con la mia ragazza ad inizio Aprile e ci siamo trovati più che bene: la struttura è vicina al centro, tenuta bene e pulita ma soprattutto ti fa immergere nella cultura araba e ti fa sentire a casa con la sua semplicità. Youssef (il proprietario) è il punto di forza di questo riad: è una persona eccezionale, disponibile per qualsiasi problema e richiesta, a qualsiasi ora (a noi ha accompagnato dal driver alle 3 del mattino per andare in aeroporto!).
Non potevamo trovare alloggio migliore, grazie Youssef!

I stayed in this beautiful riad with my girlfriend at the beginning of April and we had a more than good time: the facility is close to the center, well kept and clean but most of all it immerses you in the Arab culture and makes you feel at home with its simplicity. Youssef (the owner) is the highlight of this riad: he is a great person, available for any problem and request, at any time (he drove us to the driver at 3 am to go to the airport!).
We could not have found better accommodation, thank you Youssef!
