My new favorite hotel!!!

My new favorite property in the whole world! We knew to expect a nice experience being that this is the top tier of the Hyatt brand, but they went above and beyond! We even created a tagline “the Park Hyatt (Marrakesch) would never!” That we used frequently at other 5 and 4 star hotels we stayed at afterwards. This property was our first stop on a three week vacation in multiple countries and no one else could even compare. Besides a beautiful space, it was The service and people who make this property so special. There is no request too big or small and they are so gracious to help and make you feel comfortable. Even though it is about 20 min outside the city center, it is worth any distance to stay here again. We look forward to coming back and staying longer!

Modern, stylish & beautiful with a dreamlike pool area and great restaurants.

The Park Hyatt Marrakech has a beautiful, modern facility; everything is very clean, spacious, and stylish. The location is a bit outside, but there is a private, dreamlike golf course. As a non-golfer, however, I cannot judge how pleasant golfing is at 40 degrees. The staff was overall very attentive and friendly. We would like to especially thank Ahmed, who accompanied us during our entire stay and always took care of us very attentively and warmly, both at breakfast and in the restaurants.
We would also like to express a big thank you to the housekeeping team. We hardly saw the staff, but when we came back to the room, everything was always spic and span clean and tidy. The room was maintained daily with a great deal of care; truly great service!
Compared to our previous hotel, we were significantly more satisfied here.
The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. A small minus point is the occasional aircraft noise. The pool area is nice, however, the floor was partly a bit sandy or earthy; we would have wished for a bit more cleanliness there. We also visited the spa area and were very satisfied. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and overall we can definitely recommend the spa.
The breakfast was okay, but honestly nothing special and the selection rather limited. There was nothing really extraordinary about the fruit either.
However, we can highly recommend the cocktails and the various restaurants. We tried almost all of them and were for the most part really thrilled, especially with the taste.
Overall a very nice hotel that we would definitely recommend.

Park Hyatt Marrakech - you need to stay here!

Park Hyatt Marrakech is the most amazing hotel I have experienced. The property is modern, clean and spacious, and the rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable. What really sets them apart from other hotels I have experienced is the unbelievable customer service. The staff is not only there to help with whatever you may need, they are nice and personable. We visited the pool, the restaurants and the spa. All were wonderful. My daughter and I want to give a special shout out to Hosni (who always greeted us to make sure we were having a great visit) and Saad. Saad was our server for several nights in the restaurant. He was the perfect balance of professional and friendly. We loved his fun facts about Morocco! Thanks to the entire team.

I would stay here again

A stunning hotel
The staff were first class
From the welcome drink to the leaving wave, they looked after us every minute
The rooms are huge, beds are so comfortable, the bath rooms are enormous.
The food was sensational at every meal
The gym, spa and facilities were great
If I return to Marrakech. Id stay here again with no doubt. Easy to see why this is the best hotel in the city
