Superb
The Four Seasons Marrakesh is a 5* hotel and deserves every single star. Every Four Seasons hotel I've stayed in around the world have all been worthy of a five star rating. Marrakesh four seasons is among the best I've ever stayed in, the location is excellent, and at first unknown to us, as it's hidden around the corner, there is a high-end open air mall literally 20 seconds around the corner from the entrance of the hotel full of not only high-end stores but some superb restaurants offering the opportunity to try a variety of restaurants including Italian, Moroccan and Lebanese cuisine. The hotel itself is set in beautiful grounds, has two swimming pools ( family one & an adults only ), we both have excellent pool services befitting a four seasons hotel. As well as a Moroccan restaurant within the hotel and an Italian restaurant as well, there is also a rooftop Asian inspired restaurant/bar which was a joy to dine in and the staff there were like the rest of the hotel, top class. The rooms at this hotel are well appointed, spacious and because of the housekeeping service, cleaned twice a day to the highest standards. Special mention must go to all front of house staff. The guest experience manager Jihanie manages her concierge and receptionteam superbly, literally nothing is too much trouble. As soon as you arrive at this hotel you are greeted by the ultra professional Valets & Bellman team let when we were there by the excellent Ahmed. This was the start of our 10 nights stay and not once in all that time, did the standards of professionalism and five star service ever drop. If anyone reading this review is contemplating a stay in Marrakesh and this level of hotel, do not hesitate to book the Four Seasons, the all round experience of staying in this hotel would not be surpassed by any other choice. Thankyou Four Seasons Marrakesh for a stay that will live long in the memory.

Four Seasons Marrakech … beautiful, but not quite at the Four Seasons level
The grounds of the Four Seasons Marrakech are beautiful, very well-maintained, and the location is also truly central. The restaurants were good and we generally liked the entire ambiance very much. However, you notice in some places that the hotel has aged a bit. Our room also gave this impression. The sofa was stained in some places. Especially at a hotel of this category and at the corresponding prices, I think that such things should not happen. I took photos of this – see pictures.
We were also a bit disappointed at breakfast. It was rather monotonous for our expectations and not extraordinary. Especially at a hotel of this category, I would have wished for significantly more variety, especially exotic fruits and a larger selection of hot dishes, as one is actually accustomed to from other hotels of this category. Instead, there were mainly fruits that one also knows from home. One also had to pay extra for Eggs Benedict. Personally, I think that at a five-star hotel like the Four Seasons, such a breakfast dish should be included. The staff, on the other hand, was really very attentive. The waiters in the breakfast area in particular did a great job. The dishes were cleared away immediately. Housekeeping was also great, and overall all employees were very friendly. However, we had some communication problems during breakfast because not all employees spoke English. We stayed in two different hotels during our stay in Marrakech. If you look on my site, you can also see our comparison. And honestly: In the second hotel, we were overall significantly more satisfied than at the Four Seasons. Bottom line: A beautiful property with very attentive staff and good service, but for a Four Seasons and this price category, we would have expected significantly more overall, especially regarding breakfast, the condition of the rooms, and personal service.

Just Book It!
We've been lucky enough to stay at quite a few five-star hotels around the world and the Four Seasons Marrakech is right up there with the very best.
The hotel itself is stunning. The grounds are immaculate, the gardens are beautifully maintained, the pool and gym are fantastic and every part of the property feels luxurious without being over the top. Our room was spotless every single day and maintained to an incredibly high standard. It's clear that a huge amount of pride goes into every detail - for those who travel a lot you know it’s the little things that make all the difference.
What really sets this hotel apart, though, is undoubtedly the people. The hospitality exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was warm, kind and always willing to go out of their way to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and it was obvious that everyone genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. By way of example, on our first night, Morocco were playing France in the World Cup and the staff went out of their way on short notice to get us jerseys so we had a memory of our stay and to add to experience.
A special mention has to go to Amine. I'm not sure if he's the manager or part of the leadership team, but if he isn't, he should be. He leads by example, is incredibly professional and is a fantastic reflection of both the Four Seasons brand and Moroccan hospitality. You can tell the rest of the team really respect him and he made a real difference to our stay.
We've stayed in some incredible hotels over the years but this is one we'll remember because of the people. The service was genuinely exceptional and made what was already a beautiful hotel even better.
There are many beautiful hotels in Marrakech but I honestly couldn't recommend Four Seasons more highly. If you're sitting at your computer wondering if you should stay here…..just book it, you won't regret it.
