Heavenly cocoon

A true paradise with the scent of orange blossoms, ideally located in a quiet alley but just 5-10 minutes from the souks.
Awatif, the manager of this marvel, is a welcoming, smiling, caring person who takes great care of the guests. A true ray of sunshine! Her entire team is also very professional, and one truly feels at ease.
The Arch suite on the ground floor is a real gem, with very well-thought-out architecture, beautiful decor, extremely comfortable bedding, and absolute tranquility!
The breakfast with homemade products is a delight and varied every day.
The rooftop pool with lounge chairs and beds is truly the cherry on top!
It is also possible to have a hammam and massages on-site; we tried it, and it was great!
I recommend it 1000%!

Absolutely brilliant, the hotel was calm and tranquil and the staff were SO helpful. Food was great, pool area was perfect.

Perfect Oasis

Just got home from a wonderful 4 night stay at Dar Kandi and felt compelled to write a review. I’ve always wanted to stay in a riad but was slightly concerned about being too central in Marrakech — I need not have worried. The location is absolutely perfect: step outside and you’re instantly in the heart of the hustle, bustle and colourful chaos, with the souks an easy 10‑minute walk away. Yet the moment you step back inside the riad, it feels like entering a peaceful oasis.
The décor throughout is finished to an impeccable standard, every corner thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained. The food and service were genuinely incredible — warm, attentive and easily one of the standout parts of our stay.
The rooftop pool area and sun loungers were the ideal place to unwind after a day of shopping and exploring, and the whole property is within walking distance of everything you could possibly want to see or do.
We stayed in the Arch room which is on the ground floor and opens into the courtyard. It’s a really special room, lighting in the room is a little dark but plenty of natural light if you open the blinds.
Dar Kandi truly offers the best of both worlds. right in the centre of the action, yet calm, serene and luxurious inside. The service was the best part of all of it.

The attention to detail throughout the property is exceptional, with décor that masterfully blends classic Moroccan aesthetics with modern touches. The breakfast exceeded expectations, and the dinner we enjoyed here was the highlight of our entire journey, be sure to try the milk pastilla! Aouatif’s hospitality was outstanding. We’re already planning our return visit and will enthusiastically recommend this place to everyone we know!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The top!

Beautiful Riad with modern and elegant decoration. "Wow" effect guaranteed on arrival... very intimate (only 6 bedrooms). Excellent welcome, the team is really nice. Very comfortable room. Top location 2 steps from the souk. Recommended +++
