AWFUL EXPERIENCE, AVOID!
Awful experience, avoid this place.
We booked a deluxe triple room more than two months in advance, and during all this time, we were never contacted by the establishment, but surprise, on the day of our arrival (by the way, my birthday!), they inform us that we must be placed in a double room with separate beds, or, by paying an additional fee of €5, we can have the deluxe triple room!! In other words, we would have had to pay more to get the room we had on our Booking.com voucher, but the Riad insisted that there was an error with the platform. Instead of resolving the issue with the Booking platform, they rather asked us for more money; at the moment we refused the smaller room and declined to pay more for the one we had booked, they thought it was a good idea to invite us to leave the Riad, falsely accusing us of disturbing other guests (absolutely false, we were on the phone with Booking support and we only responded to other guests who asked if we had just arrived in Fez.)

A huge thank you!
We stayed there for humanitarian action and I can tell you that we will return without hesitation.
Everything is there, the location, (in the heart of the medina ) the quality of the staff, the quality of Riyadh as well as the rooms.
We felt like home and we have lasting memories.
I sincerely thank everyone we met, because you made our stay an unforgettable one!!!
